Email support@spooncheck.com and we’ll reply as soon as we can, typically within a few business days. Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened (and a screenshot if relevant).
Account and data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app: open the Profile tab, tap “Delete account” and confirm. This permanently removes your data from our servers and clears stored credentials on your device. If you need help, email support@spooncheck.com.
Subscriptions and refunds
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Terms of Service for details.
Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health, SpoonCheck reads step count and active energy and writes the calories and macros of meals you log. You can review or revoke access in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → SpoonCheck.
Food scan feedback
If a scan looks off, tell us what the meal was and which part seemed wrong. Clear examples genuinely help us improve recognition. SpoonCheck gives estimates, not lab measurements — a clear photo and a visible portion improve the result.
